Policy and strategic objectives of supply chain CSR management
While fulfilling its social responsibility, XKB also attaches great importance to the social responsibility of suppliers and partners.As an important part of the common strategy, we will continue to implement ethical procurement, green procurement and strengthen supply chain CSR management to achieve two strategic objectives. ①.Enhance the awareness and capacity of social responsibility of co-supply chain, and promote the sustainable development of industrial chain; ②.Work closely with suppliers to strengthen the continuous improvement and management of supply chain social responsibility, ensure the production of products in a socially responsible manner, and establish the brand and confidence of joint supply chain social responsibility among global customers.
Supply chain CSR management system
In 2013, the company committed to gradually establish and improve the CSR management system of the supply chain, including strengthening the CSR management goal, formulating the supplier CSR agreement, CSR training and skills upgrading. 1、Strengthen CSR management objectives
In 2013, CSR became the threshold standard introduced by star kun XKB strategic cooperation supplier, which stipulated CSR review for certification of strategic cooperation supplier.Conduct CSR system self-inspection on the suppliers who have cooperated with us.Jointly develop and issue the "joint social responsibility procurement guidelines" to promote suppliers to meet the requirements of the social responsibility system.
2、Develop supplier CSR agreement
Jointly formulated the supplier CSR agreement "commitment letter of social responsibility and occupational health and safety", including child labor, forced labor, occupational health and safety, freedom of trade union organization and rights of collective negotiation.Companies sign CSR agreements with all suppliers to enforce CSR requirements on suppliers.
3、CSR training and skills upgrading
In August 2013, a total of 25 employees were trained in SA8000, EICC and BSCI standards by third-party training institutions, among which 3 employees in the operation department of the supplier completed the training successfully and obtained the internal auditor certificate. The supplier operation department formulated and implemented the supplier CSR& environmental protection training plan for 2013, and more than 300 suppliers and partners participated in the training throughout the year.
4、Acceptance of CSR results
After the CSR training, the supply department formulated the on-site social responsibility evaluation plan, conducted on-site evaluation on key material suppliers, and promoted the improvement and improvement of suppliers.We will gradually improve the management mechanism of suppliers' social responsibility and strengthen their awareness of social responsibility.
